Being a small family business I am able to liaise directly with them. And, as such, he is able to meet my convenience in making a time for a service. Scott is very prompt......if he is running a little bit late for an appointment, he will always message me. However, I have found he is almost always on time. No needless waiting around as I have in the past when I used a larger firm. I do not have any hesitation in recommending Scott.......I am sure that you will be very happy with the service.
